SCANDAL - Released the best album on March 2012

All-girl rock band SCANDAL has revealed that they will be releasing their first best-of album, “SCANDAL SHOW“, on March 7th.

Vocalist HARUNA commented, “We chose standard concert songs, as well as coupling tracks. We made this into a new album instead of just a single collection, so we want all kinds of people to listen to it.”

“SCANDAL SHOW” will feature 16 songs from their career, starting with their major debut song, “DOLL“, to their latest single, “HARUKAZE“. “SCANDAL no Theme” will be included in the album as the bonus track.

Furthermore, SCANDAL will hold a live concert at the Nippon Budokan on March 28th. This will make them the fastest girl band to perform at the venue from the period between their formation and the concert date.

DROSERA OBLAAT disbanding

Wow, that was really fast...
DROSERA OBLAAT (ex.Aliene Ma'riage Vocalist Kyouka's new band) have just had their debut this year. However, they are already going to disband after their performance on January 23rd 2012. The band's sorry to everyone who supported them.
Vocalist Kyouka wrote in a blog entry that he wants to resume working on his solo project, while Guitarist Makoto (ex.Aliene Ma'riage) is planning to start a new band in 2012.

VOICE losing their Vocalist

They just released their first 2 Singles and now already sad news from band VOICE...
Their Vocalist Mirai is going to leave the band after their performance on January 15th due to personal reasons. The band apologizes for this announcement.
They will keep everyone updated about VOICE's future via their HP.

ex.V-Last. Vocalist Shyena's New Project "V-Bo"

Shortly after V-Last.'s disbandment (we reported) Vocalist Shyena is already back with a new project called "V-Bo"!
Many people are already wondering what this is since Shyena's explanation is a bit hard to understand.
According to the description on his V-Bo profile, he becomes a special promoter and producer for some Visual bands. Therefore he created this website, where people can register as well (it's japanese only)!
On this web site, there are certain topics, e.g. "Guitarist wanted", "Doing Hair", "Making Costumes" etc., where members can post still open positions in their bands or what they could offer to help a band. So in general, it seems to be a site where people can find required band members/people working in the background to form Visual bands, all supported by Shyena!

Actually, this is a really brilliant idea! Maybe the dream of forming an own band can now become true for many people in Japan thanks to Shyena!
Let's keep an eye on it, because, who knows, sometime there may will be some band introductions of bands that found each other on V-Bo!
